14-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, and damage

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates (lingerie, underwear, bodysuits)

  • Swimwear

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after processing.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If we made an error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
