Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping time is estimated to be between 7 - 9 business days. If the product is a "Pre Order" it may take longer than usual due to it being a pre order:

Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing
    However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping concerns.

Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Contact us and we will help file a claim.

We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist.
